WW2 pilots, park, and castle to identify

Hello,

I'm forwarding here a question asked elsewhere by a friend. He would
like to identify a castle and a park with pagoda-like towers, visible
on pictures taken from a photo album of a Free French pilot. You can

Any ideas for the castle ? I first thought to the Shuttleworth house,
in Old Warden, but was wrong... Perhaps same style ? I'm not so good at
houses than I am at planes :)

ad seems to have been removed.
