Yes, it is a General Aircraft Monospar ST-4, built around 1932-34.
Unfortunately the starboard propeller is obscuring the operator's name so
definitive identification of the individual aircraft is not possible.

It's clearer in the original still, but "OXF" is visible in the canopy
glass, so presumably it was "OXFORD FLYING SERVICES." The photo was
probably taken before or after a flight from Brooklands to the vicinity
of Denham, Bucks., or vice versa.
